Parenting Workshop

During Gail's supportive, humorous 90-minute presentation, moms and dads no longer feel that they are alone in dealing with the common challenges that their children throw their way.  Parents leave with a variety of sensible, sanity-saving solutions along with the excitement and confidence to try them immediately.

Teacher Training

Ranging in length from two to four hours or full-day, Gail's innovative "hands-on" workshops bring your staff to a new understanding for addressing the challenging behaviors within the classroom. Teachers receive professional development credit for attendance at your center or larger conference venue.  Scheduling on-site classroom visitations allows Gail to observe and immediately discuss some effective interventions on the spot.  Teachers really appreciate Gail's live demonstrations directly with their particular challenging children.

Parent Coaching

Gail joins parents and their child(ren) in their homes for one-on-one positive discipline consultations regarding such behaviors as mealtime and bedtime refusals, 'morning crazies', whining and sibling fights.  The initial 2 hour consultation includes intake and observation, interaction with your child(ren) and live demonstrations of her strategies.  Then, a one-hour follow-up discussion including written critique is scheduled with the parents. Phone and Skype sessions can also be arranged by appointment.
